We are in the cath lab this afternoon to get our first biopsy to check for rejection. This is going to happen every 2 weeks for the first 3 months, which is the most critical rejection time. Rejection can be treated, so they keep a close eye on it in order to medicate if necessary.
I’ll be down on the 17th floor until he gets back to the room and will update as soon as I hear how it is going!
Pray for my sanity and strength today as I’m alone and I didn’t sleep well last night.
PS- a little bird tells me we are going to the regular cardiac floor tomorrow! WOO!
