Yep, we are 9 weeks post transplant and Logan is feeling fantastic! His biopsy yesterday showed no rejection. Praising God!! We will officially be released on November 17th as long as his final biopsy comes back acceptable. It’s been real, Houston, but you won’t even get a hug when my car is speeding towards the Oklahoma state line on the 18th! (Actually, I might wait for the weekend to drive home, but y’all understand!)
We are looking forward to this weekend because my parents (Nana & PopPop) will be flying down to watch Logan trick or treat. If you are in the Houston metro and would like to see Logan as Superman, just let me know. We will not be going door to door in the neighborhoods, but Logan does make housecalls for candy and attention. Ha ha ha
S0 much to reflect on about these last 6 months, but that will be reserved for when I get to my home, my bed, my stompin’ ground – OOOOOklahoma!
